You can adjust the sugar according to the sweetness of the fruit or adjust according to your taste buds. You an even replace it with jaggery or coconut sugar as well.
Sapota Milkshake


Ingredients:
Chickoo or Sapota - 2, peeled, deseeded and chopped
Milk - 3 cups, chilled
Sugar - as desired
Ice cubes - optional

Method:
In the blender, add chopped chickoos, milk and sugar and blend till smooth

Pour in tall glasses, add the ice cubes and serve immediately
