Sprouted Moong Salad Recipe | How to Make Moong Sprouts Salad

Moong Sprouts Salad is a very easy to make recipe and healthier option to include in your diet. You can either go for sprouted moong beans available in the market or you can sprout the moong beans by yourself at home, the method of which I'm planning to share soon. You can very well play with the ingredients of this salad and include any veggies of your choice and as colourful as you want.




Moong Sprouts Salad

Ingredients:
Sprouted moong beans - 1 cup, washed
Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
Tomato - 1 small, finely diced
Carrot - 1 small, finely chopped
Radish - 1 small, finely chopped
Green chilli - 1, finely chopped
Coriander leaves - few stems, chopped
Black salt - to taste
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp

Method:
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients mentioned above

Check for salt and adjust accordingly

Serve immediately

Notes:
You can steam or boil the moong sprouts till completely cooked or only half cooked. I like mine crunchy so I dont cook it at all

All the ingredients mentioned may vary as there is no hard and fast rule in making this salad

You can also add boiled potatoes, roasted peanuts, sesame seeds or sunflower seeds
