Fried Maggi

Today I'm sharing a very easy recipe of maggi with a healthy twist. While I have used only carrots and capsicum, you can add any vegetables of your choice in making this fried maggi, . If you want to try yet another style of making maggi, then do look the recipe of baked cheese maggi which I had shared earlier.




Fried Maggi


Ingredients: 
Maggi - 2
Maggi tastemaker - 2
Onion - 1, finely sliced
Capsicum - 1 finely chopped
Carrot - 1, finely chopped
Peas - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 1, finely chopped
Green chillies - 2-3, finely chopped
Salt - a pinch
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Oil

Method:
Boil the maggi and strain all the water. Fluff and keep aside

In a pan, heat oil and add the green chillies. Fry for few minutes

Add onions and saute till it becomes soft

Add carrot, capsicum, peas and  tomato one by one, mixing in between

Add taste maker, soy sauce and salt. Add 1 tbsp of water and cook for few minutes on low flame

Add the boiled maggi and toss gently

Serve!!!
