How to make tortillas at home

Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 3/4 cup
Wheat flour - 1/4 cup
Salt - as required
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Water - for kneading, warm



Method:

Mix all the dry ingredients, add oil and rub

Knead by adding water little by little to a smooth dough

Let it rest for 15-20 minutes

Roll into thin chapati using dry flour whenever required

Cook on tava on medium high flame till slight golden dots appear on both sides equally

Tortillas are ready, use it in making wraps, burritos, etc.
